A healthy snack that even your kids will love, pumpkin seeds are a good source of Protein, Fiber, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin E and Vitamin B-Complex. This recipe can easily be customized to incorporate other flavors, simply replace onion or garlic powder with other seasonings such as chili powder or parmesan.

- 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds Rinsed & Dried
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ oz. Olive Oil
- Clean Ones Disposable Essentials Vinyl Gloves
- Kitchen Colander
- Baking Sheet
- Paper Towels
Carve your pumpkin. And don’t forget that disposable gloves make this unpleasant task so much better.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Clean pumpkin seeds, using a colander rinse away any excess pumpkin guts. Set seeds on paper towel and let air dry for a few minutes.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients until seeds are thoroughly coated.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake. Toss seeds after 8 minutes and wait another 8-10 minutes, or until seeds are slightly browned. Watch seeds carefully to avoid burning.
Remove from oven, and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
