We carefully chose four charities to benefit from this Clean Ones Cares program because of their highly successful programs that support our national communities and their adherence to Standards for Charitable Organizations and high ratings on Charity Navigator. Charity Navigator evaluates charitable organizations’ performance with an unbiased numbers rating system on their Financial Health and their Accountability & Transparency, allowing philanthropists to make informed decisions about giving. Below, are descriptions of the 4 charities we chose that not only comply with all the standards but have the top rating score in the Accountability & Transparency areas.
All Hands Volunteers is a US-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides direct relief to survivors of natural disasters, with maximum impact and minimum bureaucracy. Since 2005, All Hands has responded to 33 natural disasters, most recently the devastating flooding in northern Colorado, and the tornadoes in and around Moore, Oklahoma; assisted over 31,500 families; empowered more than 11,000 volunteers; and contributed more than 686,000 hours of donated labor to communities around the world. Canine Companions for Independence provides the most advanced technology capable of transforming lives – with a cold nose and a warm heart!
